I love Vionic, but these were a big no for me. The toe strap was very loose making the shoe fell heavy when I lifted my foot. The bed of the shoe was narrow so my foot kind of hung off the edges. I didn’t have an issue with the heel strap like some of the other reviews.

I love the look of these sandals but they are too big, too much play when i lift my foot sandal is not snug enough.
Julie –
The strapping does not allow my foot to stay put on the shoe bed. They are uncomfortable to walk in. Every step that I take my foot raises off of the she bed. It is very awkward. I love the way they look but the poor fit has them on the return list.

Like others have mentioned, the back strap can only be tightened so far and was for me (and others) still too loose. When lifting my foot, the slack would cause the sandal to hang off my foot. Not comfortable. At all. Such a bummer since they are so cute.

I was nervous about paying so much for shoes but once I put my feet into them, it was immediately worth it. It felt like I was walking on a cloud of comfort. My feet felt supported in the best way, walking was very comfortable. I hope I can keep this in good condition for a long time because they are going to see a lot of use!

Fit in size and width very good. Comfortable. Staps hold foot in place and they are long enough for a wide foot and ankle which many manufacturers do not do.

I bought the gold leather Kirra 2 because I thought they would have a good metatarsal support and can be dressy or casual. I was right, they are wonderful! Look good! Helps my arch and my the ball of my foot with great cushion. My only issue is that the area for my big toe is almost too small? But I’d get another pair as soon as I can!!

I have multiple pairs of this shoe. These are my go to everyday sandal. Very comfortable classic styling. Love.

I love Vionic shoes. This is a cute shoe, but for people with narrow, skinny feet, beware. I was unable to stay in them. They allow for a little adjustment at the heal for a snugger fit. The toe thing is wide and I felt my inner toes might get sore.
Otherwise, very comfortable foot bed. I wish they fit. Sizing down isn’t an option for my long, size 10 feet.

I love these sandals. They are so comfortable with good arch support. I have a pair I can wear for casual occasions or dressing up. My daughter loved the look so I bough a second pair for her.

I LOVE the Original Kirra. I have 4 pairs. They are so comfortable and easy to slip on and off. Luckily they hold well and I’m still wearing them. I have to say I’m disappointed in the Kirra II. We’ll see of the new footbed with the cork holds up as well and is as comfortable as the old footbed. What is a major disappointment is the back strap. It’s supposedly adjustable with velcro closure but it’s not long enough and has no give. I have it where it’s just barely touching the velco in order to fit my foot in. The position of the back strap is more forward in the Kirra II then it was in the Kirra and the Kirra had the buckle close sure with an elastic piece before the buckle part that allowed some give. My Kirra’s I’m able to put the buckle on the 3rd hole and get a comfortable fit and there are 2 more holes to spare if I wanted them looser. I find it more difficult to slip on the Kirra II than the Kirra because of the backstrap having no give. I had also tried the Brea and I had similar issues with backstrap and ended up returning them. I also am not impressed with the color choices I tried in the Brea the Nubuck Black and Light Pink and didn’t like the look of either. I do like the Camel Nubuck in the Kirra II. I’m not liking the trend to Nubuck versus leather. My Kirra’s are all the metallic leather Black, Navy, Bronze. The fit of the Kirra II size and width size is great except for the fir of the backstrap. Bottom line please go back to the design of the Original Kirra.

Love these shoes and fit! The back strap fit perfect for me right in the middle, which leaves room to tighten if they stretch. Quality looks good and super comfortable with high arch support. Great if you like flip flops and aren’t bothered by material between your toes as some are. Great travel shoe for those that explore on foot a lot
Suzy –
I just love these shoes as they are so comfortable. The heal height is just right and they go with everything!

Please bring back the original buckle from the Kirra 1
The Velcro strap makes them look like old lady shoes.

Anyone who wants stylish arch support needs Vionic shoes.

I love these sandals. They are really cute and have a wonderful arch support and are very comfortable. Higher recommended. I have very wide feet so I purchased the wide and they are perfect.

The sad part is this has the ability to be a great sandal. Just misses the mark. IF you’re going to have a slightly molded footbed, should be wide enough for those who need wide shoes. the middle side of my foot was on top of the edge, and is uncomfortable. Also, the shoe is just HEAVY. So it clunks and flops around, rather than feeling secure and bendy. Good looking sandal (I tried in the Camel), but this has to go back. For this money, I need a way better fitting shoe.

Super comfy and look great!

Despite ordering a wide width, the footbed is narrower than even a normal width. My whole foot slides to the top as I walk, and my baby toes hang off the sides. I’m returning. As a side note, I’ve been an avid Vionic customer for years, as I have a very high arch and have found Vionics to be my go-to for support and style. However, I’ve noticed in the past couple years the footbed has become much narrower, and I can no longer buy the same styles I used to buy. I don’t know who Vionic is listening to these days, but they need to talk to their regular customers and continue what has been successful.

Very comfortable and pretty

Ordered a wide width instead of medium width to provide better protection for little toes.
Like color and fit. Wish foot bed were a darker color.

Nice shoes – Vionics are my favorite, just not as comfortable as some for my “ sometimes hard to get along with feet.”

Vionics are my favorite but I learned I do not like a heel strap.
