Our Return Policy

You may return or exchange most items within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all tags attached
  • Items must be in their original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required

Note: For hygiene reasons, insoles & accessories and slippers marked as “Final Sale” cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  3. Wait for approval – we’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions

  5. Ship your return to our warehouse (return shipping is at customer’s expense)

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 3-5 business days after we receive it), we’ll process your refund or exchange:

  • Refund method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Processing time: 3-5 business days after approval
  • Bank processing: Additional 5-10 business days may be required for the refund to appear in your account
  • Original shipping costs: Non-refundable (except for defective or incorrect items)

Exchange Policy

For size or color exchanges:

  • We’ll ship your replacement item once we receive your return
  • If the replacement item costs more, you’ll need to pay the difference
  • If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference
  • Standard shipping rates apply for exchanges
